Leonore Zusman Obituary (1927 - 2015)

Leonore Zusman, age 88, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015. Chapel services will be Friday, August 21, 2015 at 2 PM at the Epstein Memorial Chapel, 3232 E. Main St.with Rabbi Howard Zack officiating. Leonore was the owner of the Price Stores in downtown Dayton as well as several commercial properties in Dayton. She and her husband, Lawrence were involved with a number of Jewish Philanthropic projects in Dayton, Columbus and Israel. Leonore was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Zusman. She is survived by daughters, Marilyn (Stuart) Cole and Francie (Avner) Zusman-Sina; grandchildren Sara, Ely, Rena, Shani, Jenny, Barak and Nadav, and great-grandchildren, David, Meital Chaya, Nadav and Moshe Avraham. Shiva will be held at the Cole residence Sunday 8:30 AM and 6:20 PM and Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM and 6:20 PM. Memorials may be made to the Zusman Hospice at the Wexner Heritage House.
