Philon B. Deutch, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on January 6, 2012. Preceded in death by his father, Martin Deutch. Survived by his wife, Kathleen Deutch; daughter, Erica Deutch; mother, Shelley Deutch - Tayar; brothers, Ariel (Laura) Deutch and Conrad (Linda) Rozanski; nephew, Mattis Deutch; mother-in-law, Rita Riley; sister-in-law, Karen Pooler; brother-in-law, Greg Bailey; many nieces, nephews and friends. Philon loved sports, music, jokes and his cat Fred. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 10th at FOREST LAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS CHAPEL, 5600 E. Broad St. with Rabbi Yosef Zylberberg officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory are preferred to the Columbus Jewish Federation, 1175 College Ave., Columbus 43209.
