Dr. Marvin A. Zuravsky Obituary (1935 - 2020)

Dr. Marvin A. Zuravsky, age 84, passed away peacefully at home on September 6, 2020. Marvin was the son of the late Samuel and Bessie Zuravsky, and was pre-deceased by brother, Jerry Zuravsky. Marvin is survived by his beloved wife, Rhoda Sherwin Zuravsky. He will be sorely missed by son, David Zuravsky, step-daughters Diane (Adam) Safer and Eleanor Cooper. He was a loving grandfather to Abbie, Sami, Shara, Eliana, Leora, Arielle and Rachel. Marvin was a graduate of the Ohio State University’s dentistry program. He had a successful practice for 46 years as an orthodontist in Columbus, Ohio. In his early 50’s, while still a practicing orthodontist, Marvin decided to pursue a law degree at Capital State University in Columbus, Ohio. He continued to practice law well into retirement. Marvin will be remembered most for his kind and soft-spoken nature, and his love for being a joke teller. He will be greatly missed by all who know him. Private family services will be held this week at New Agudas Achim Cemetery. Shiva will be private due to Covid.
