Manuel Brandt Obituary (1915 - 2009)

Manuel Brandt, of Columbus, passed away March 18, 2009 at the age of 94. He is preceded in death by his wife, Cecelia, sisters, Selma and Etta, and brothers, Lou and Sam. Survived by his sons, Michael and David Brandt. Manuel graduated in 1936 from The Ohio State University with a Chemistry degree. He worked on The Manhattan Project during World War II. From 1946 to 1981, he was employed with Ethyl Corporation. Graveside service 1 PM Friday, March 20, 2009 at New Tifereth Israel Cemetery, with Rabbi Cary Kozberg officiating.
