Joel Martin Levenson Obituary (1943 - 2022)

Joel Martin Levenson, 78, passed away on July 30, 2022. Preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Edes Levenson and brother, Fred Levenson. Survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Joyce Levenson; son, Bryan David Levenson; sister, Sylvia Walters; brother-in-law, Albert (Christine) Kalvin; nieces and nephews. Joel graduated from, Taylor Allderdice High School in Pittsburgh and then enlisted in the Air Force serving from 1962-1966. Joel met his wife, Joyce at Lockbourne Airport in 1966 and began a life together in Columbus. Joel was proud of his involvement as a 32nd Degree Mason and Shriners. He loved all his sports teams in Pittsburgh and his cherished Dalmatians. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 2, New Tifereth Israel Cemetery, 2565 Performance Way, Columbus.
