Evelyn Price D’Angelo, age 80, passed away on November 9, 2015. Preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Price and husband, Rocco D’Angelo. She is survived by her daughters, Diana (Joel Wolff) D’Angelo – Wolff and Ruth Ann D’Angelo; son, Edward (Cheryl) D’Angelo and grandchildren, Jonathan (Anne-Lise) D’Angelo, Joshua D’Angelo, Jennifer Aneshansley and Emilia Wolff. Evelyn is a graduate of Bellevue Nursing School in NY. She worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Capital Care Women’s Center and at Riverside Hospital in Prenatal and Postnatal care. Longtime member of Congregation Tifereth Israel. Funeral services will be held at 8:30am on Thursday, November 12 at EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3232 E. Main St. with Rabbi Michael Ungar officiating. Burial will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the home of Diana and Joel Wolff. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Foundation www.alzfdn.org or Planned Parenthood www.plannedparenthood.org in her memory.
