KAHN Dorothy Blank Kahn, age 95, passed away on January 1, 2014. Preceded in death by her parents, Hyman and Gertie Pinsky; husband, Albert A. Blank; husband, William V. Kahn; sister, Pearl Schwartz and grandson, Marc Eisen. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Harley and Kelly Blank, Ronald and Ruth Ann Blank, Barry and Denise Blank and Dennis and Janet Blank; daughters-in-law, Glenda Blank and Denise and Richard Kohn; step daughter, Sharon Cohodes; sisters, Leah Kramer and Frances Brenner; brother and sister-in-law, Ted and Sonia Pinsky; sister-in-law, Fannie Effron; grandchildren, Todd and Monica, Greggory and Candi, Alison and Rob Forche, Jennifer and Brian Lee, Jaime and Tony Grilli, Lynsey and Steve Vogelpohl, Andrew and Amy, Amy and Ben Thomas, Katherine and Bradley Goldman, Randi Eisen, Rebecca and Carlos Guzman, David and Bridget, James and Jennifer, Russell and Erin, Jennifer Leigh Rudolph, Teri Morof, Andrew and Fannie Cohodes, Jane Cohodes; great grandchildren, Erik Blank, Camden Vogelpohl, Julia Blank, Will Blank, Liam Blank, Gavin Blank, Brendan Blank, Samuel Blank, Ethan Blank, Oliver Blank, Jacqueline Blank, Evelyn Blank, Spencer Eisen, Sabrina Eisen, Sydney Eisen, Ashley Forche, Dylan Forche, Jessica Goldman, Rachel Goldman, Steven Goldman, Raymond Grilli, Aaron Grilli, Anna Guzman, Sofia Guzman, Margaret Lee, Madelyn Lee, Joey Morof, Evan Gosdanian, Abigail Gosdanian, Morgan Thomas and Collin Thomas and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a past President and life member of B'nai Brith Women, board member and officer of Tifereth Israel Sisterhood, chair of Jewish Welfare Board Women's Service Comm., member of Hadassah, National Council of Jewish Women, ORT, past Board Member of Hillel, Temple Israel and its Sisterhood, City of Hope, Wexner Heritage House Auxiliary, Bexley Activities Club, past chair of Volunteer Seniors for United Appeal and served as a volunteer for Wexner Heritage House. Funeral services 10:00am on Friday, January 3 at EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3232 E. Main St. with Rabbi Harold Berman, Rabbi Michael Ungar and Cantor Jack Chomsky officiating. Burial will follow at New Tifereth Israel Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the home of Barry and Denise Blank.
