Anne V. Gatoff Obituary (1923

Anne V. Gatoff, age 83, of Columbus, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maxwell W. Gatoff. Survivors include her daughter, Sheryl R. Gatoff (Atlanta, GA); sons, Howard M. Gatoff and partner David A. Underhill (Columbus); and Steven J. (Mollie A.) Gatoff, (Overland Park, KS); grandchildren, Brian A. and Brett A. Gatoff (Overland Park, KS). Sister Ida Gordon, (Columbus), Brother Sidney (Marcia) Wolpert (Columbus). Niece, nephews and great nephews. Mrs. Gatoff was a member of Congregation Tifereth Israel and also a member of Hadassah and Sisterhood. Funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday October 2, 2007 at THE EPSTEIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 3232 E. Main Street, with Rabbi Harold Berman and Cantor Jack Chomsky officiating. Interment to follow at the New Tifereth Israel Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the Sidney Wolpert residence. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, the Congregation Tifereth Israel Building Fund, or the Wexner Heritage House.
